Our team
Shipping.fo’s Crewing Department consists of highly experienced and motivated personnel. Our main objective is to meet the requirements of vessel owners, national and international conventions, and legislations.

How we ensure quality crewing
Through long-term planning of rotations and travels, we make sure vessels are manned with qualified personnel. Courses and training programs are planned to ensure our crew always meets internal and external demands. Crew members are carefully selected through our network of international manning agencies and screened to ensure only fully qualified and properly STCW certified seafarers are employed.

We cooperate with manning agents in Lithuania, Latvia, Russia, Ukraine, and the Philippines. We also recruit senior officers from the Faroe Islands, Denmark, Iceland, and Norway, if required.

  ● Daily contact with external crewing agencies, maintaining direct communication with foreign seafarers.
